Tai Chi Class

Tai Chi is a form of Chinese martial arts which is very beneficial for one's health. It is performed slowly and fluidly, and is accessible to all ages and physical abilities.

The class is taught by an experienced Tai Chi master and concentrates on the international simplified Yang form (also known as the 24) as well as some simple Qi Gong exercises for health and wellbeing.

Date:Every Sunday from 25th April until 11th July
Time: 12:00 to 1:00pm
Place: Oasis Youth Centre (opposite the Chinese Centre)
Fee: £40. First session free!

I can't do daytime classes. How about evenings?
If we get enough interest, we will consider running Tai Chi sessions in the evening. Please make sure to register your interest so we can contact you in the future.
